Status
Skyhawk units and SDO assignments are maintained using Drupal taxonomy and Drupal user references rather than a custom routing module. Contact-form notification routing remains in controlled test mode while SDO assignments are reviewed.
Related Files Found On Disk (uninvestigated)
modules/custom/ contains three zip files not yet extracted or audited: skyhawk_sdo_contact.zip, skyhawk_sdo_contact_patch.zip, skyhawk_sdo_router.zip. These have not been confirmed as active, dead, or partially-applied. Investigate before assuming either state.
Working Mail Mechanism
skyhawk_site_fixes.module hook_mail() has proven cases for reunion_admin_notify (existing) demonstrating a working admin-notification pattern that could be extended for SDO use.
